Bryan's protein bowl
3 large spoonfuls of brown rice
1 handful fresh Spinach
6 oz. of chicken or salmon or lean ground beef or turkey
3 large spoonfuls great northern beans
Add any other vegetables; broccoli, cucumber, carrots, etc.
2 tbsp sauce (thai chili, szechuan, or spicy mustard)
This is a great easy recipe because I can make my rice and protein and combine it throughout the week in these delicious bowls with a different sauce every time!
